Subscription, Billing, Promotions, Cancellation & Refund Terms

Own Ahead Pro is $29 per month in U.S. dollars, unless the checkout page displays a different amount because a promotion applies to your purchase. The price shown at checkout before you confirm is the price that will be charged.

Pro unlocks additional private listing detail — such as the exact street address, source reference and the full financing note where we hold it — released only after a server-side entitlement check. Free accounts keep full access to safe marketplace information such as city, ZIP, price, beds, baths, size and the advertised financing headline. Pro is an information subscription; it is not financing, brokerage, advice or a guarantee that any listing or term is accurate or available.

• Pro is a monthly recurring subscription. It renews automatically each month on the same billing cycle until you cancel.
• Your card is charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages.
• Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added where Stripe determines it is due based on your location.
• There is no annual plan today. If we add one, it will be shown at checkout with its own price and cadence.

• Checkout accepts Stripe promotion codes. If you have a valid code, enter it at checkout and the adjusted amount will be shown before you confirm.
• Promotions are only valid where genuinely issued by Own Ahead, and only for the eligibility, duration and limits set on the code.
• Codes may expire, be limited to first-time subscribers, be capped in number of redemptions, or be withdrawn at any time before use.
• Only one promotion code applies per subscription where our payment processor enforces that limit.
• Promotion codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be applied retroactively to a payment already taken.
• We may void a discount obtained through error, misuse, resale or fraud, and charge the standard price going forward.

You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the billing portal provided by our payment processor. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, based on the subscription state reported by the payment processor, and then reverts to a free account. Your saved homes, searches and account remain available on the free tier.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods where you did not use the service. We do not offer refunds as a matter of course. We will provide a refund where required by applicable law, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off right you may have, or where a refund is expressly stated at the point of purchase, or where we agree one is appropriate — for example a duplicate charge or a clear billing error. Ask through the request centre and we will review it.

If a payment fails, our payment processor may retry it and may mark the subscription past due or unpaid. Pro access follows the subscription status we receive: access continues while the subscription is active or in a trial, and stops when it is no longer in one of those states. You can update your payment method in the billing portal to restore access. We may cancel a subscription that remains unpaid.

We may change the price of Pro. Where advance notice is required by law, or where your renewal price would change, we will give you notice before the change takes effect so that you can cancel before renewing. Continuing the subscription after the effective date means the new price applies.

We do not advertise a free trial or introductory rate as standard. If one is ever offered, the trial length, the price after it ends and the date of the first full charge will be shown at checkout before you confirm, and you will be able to cancel before the trial converts.

• You must be 18 or over and use a payment method you are authorised to use.
• A Pro subscription is for a single account. Credential sharing, resale of access and automated extraction of unlocked data are prohibited.
• We may suspend or end Pro access for breach of the Terms of Use, for chargeback abuse or for suspected fraud.

Own Ahead does not yet publish a dedicated legal or privacy mailbox. Until one is in place, send any legal, privacy, accessibility, copyright or security message through the privacy and requests centre. Requests submitted there are logged for review, and you do not need an account to use it.
